The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) has refreshed its online platform to intelligently connect you to relevant events, funding, thought pieces and specialist staff to help your business innovate and grow.

Last chance to register for the London information day on the €95 million aeronautical research funding opportunities in the third wave of Clean Sky 2

Today is the final day to register for the London Clean Sky 2 Information Day, on 15 December, featuring the funding opportunities presented by the latest wave of calls for potential ’Core Partners’ under the Clean Sky 2 aeronautical research programme.

Over €95 million of funding is now open in 22 cals relating to of Large Passenger Aircraft, Regional Aircraft, Fast Rotorcraft, Airframe, Engines and Systems.


Opportunities, principles and pitching for Clean Sky 2

The KTN organised information day will focus on the Clean Sky 2 Programme and the overview of the topics open in this Call. The aim is help business, research, academics finding the right opportunities in the frame of the Clean Sky 2 Programme.

The Draft Agenda includes an overview of of UK aviation R&D from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills; an overview of the CleanSky2 Programme by Ron Van Manen, Clean Sky 2 Programme Manager; on the principles of the CleanSky2 Call for Core Partners by Michel Goulain, Clean Sky 2 Project Officer; and by Ric Parker, Director of Research and Technology Rolls-Royce Group, as well as presentations from Innovate UK and KTN.

Elevator pitching spots are still open for companies to present their expertise and requirements for project collaborations.
