Innovation Opportunities from Waste
14 January 2016, Manchester
This scoping workshop will explore the potential of valorisation of organic industrial waste, including agricultural and food waste, to help set the scope for a potential Innovate UK funding competition. Delegates will be asked to map their waste streams and participate in sessions to estimate the potential value of each feedstock.

Innovation in Soil Free Growing
2 March 2016, Sheffield
This workshop, hosted by KTN in partnership with the University of Sheffield P3 facility, aims to identify areas where existing, novel and future methodologies can improve the efficiency and sustainability of soil free agriculture. This will be achieved through promotion of industrial and academic synergies and leveraging opportunities for cross sector technology collaborations.
