Welcome to the Structural Ceramics Network (SCERN)

The Structural Ceramics Network was an Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) funded network. The primary purpose of the network was to bring together the structural ceramics community, in the broadest sense, to increase co-operation and integration. The members produced a ‘roadmap’ for structural ceramics and identified the key areas in which the UK can excel. Although EPSRC funded has now ceased, SCERN is still active and running meetings.
