The advances of Simulation & Synthetic Environments over the past decade have been driven by the advancements in technology. Opportunities in related markets such as serious gaming through low cost PCs provide exploitation routes.   Cost drivers across most industries are reducing the ability to perform live prototyping, development, testing and training.  This is putting additional requirements on simulation to provide cost effective, through life solutions.
