The activities covered within this theme are:

  • Encouraging the development of metrology tools, test methods and characterisation
  • Steering the development of reference protocols, materials and artefacts for nanotechnologies
  • Networking and development of high tech SMEs for improved entrepreneurship
  • The commercialisation of micro and nanoscale engineered sensors.
