IoT meets AIDC

Working in the Auto Identification & Data Capture (AIDC) or Internet of Things (IoT) sectors?

There are now over 20 major international collaborations active in the area of systems development and interoperability covering technologies for the connected world.

How do individual hardware/software developers and system integrators understand this complexity and get their voices heard?

The Knowledge Transfer Network has organised a meeting on Friday 26th February in London to discuss opportunities to support UK industries that are active in these areas.

Presentations will cover:

BSI - the UK standards body that supports both UK and global standards through work with ISO, ETSI and others.

AIOTI - the European grouping of organisations, supported by the Commission, who help define the framework for EU activity and funding programmes

AIM Global - who’s vision is "Advancing the effective use of automatic identification and data capture"

A keynote will be given by Chuck Evanhoe, Chairman of AIM who will present the work of AIM and its international chapters.

If you are a manufacturer, distributor, re-seller or end-user of barcode, RFID, RTLS, NFC, IoT and mobile computing solutions come and discuss the challenges industry faces in this complex world.

The meeting will be held on:

Friday 26th February 10:30 to 13:00 at:

Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel

12 Upper Woburn Place

London WC1H 0HX
