Delegates will consider the impact of the Better Care Fund and the Care Act on integrating care, as well as challenges for implementing new care models to support integration of services, with 50 new 'vanguard' sites unveiled by NHS England earlier this year.

Further sessions will focus on the challenges for regulating an integrated system of health and social care, developing the workforce and the future for personalised commissioning, following the launch of the Integrated Personal Commissioning programme.
