The move also marks a closer alignment with our main funder, Innovate UK , with the website branding making a clear visual link. Knowledge Transfer Network is Innovate UK's innovation network partner, and also works with other funders to provide innovation networking services and fulfil our mission to drive UK growth.

The Long Term Care Revolution SBRI national challenge is an ambitious competition with the objective of disrupting the current institutional model of long term care provision, and replace it with alternatives that have potential for real commercial value in the UK. We aim to catalyse sustained innovation between now and 2020, through to 2050. The goal is to stimulate business-led innovation to redefine a centuries-old tradition of institutional long term care provision. By overturning conventional thinking, UK businesses have a chance to position themselves as leaders in a growing global long term care market.


We are seeking agile, innovative, ambitious and creative large enterprises, SMEs, microbusinesses, entrepreneurs, third sector, public and private sector organisations and academics; who will respond to this challenge with breakthough products, services and systems that will make a significant change to the existing market.


Innovate UK and The Knowledge Transfer Network are please to invite you to a half-day networking event where you Network, pitch your ideas and talk to Innovate UK & the KTN to take forward your ideas for the national challenge. You can also look forward to a networking lunch at the end of the event.
