Promoting best practice sustainability principles and innovation in construction, through real life projects
The purpose of the Exemplar programme is to identify what actions and innovations have taken place at key stages of a projects that have led to successful outcome, so that this learning can be adopted on other projects. The objectives of this KTN group are:
- Disseminate information from completed and live projects to provide 'living case studies' to the industry
- Demonstrate the mechanisms for delivering innovation within real construction projects
- To investigate challenges and barriers that arise during the construction process and seek solutions from network members and other sectors
