Every Joule counts, 8th November, Swindon

This event will look at both how software enables energy-efficiency in electronics systems and how software can be written / compiled to be energy efficient. Embedded software is, direct and indirectly, responsible for a large proportion of the energy consumption of the embedded systems that are all around us. At the same time, if used appropriately, embedded software the biggest potential to reduce and manage such consumption.
