Innovate UK Circular Economy: Business Models Competition

Innovate UK is to invest up to £800k in feasibility studies into the business case for retaining value in durable goods through reuse, remanufacture or leasing/maintenance.

Projects should explore commercial models for a circular economy of goods in which resources are kept in productive use for longer following primary production – ideally at the same value/use. Projects will be expected to design a pilot to demonstrate how the model could become part of normal business.  Click here to see full details of the competition scope.

Deadline: 15 April 2015

A competition briefing will be held at the Resource Exhibition on 3 March 2015 – please save the date.  KTN will also be running a programme of brokerage over the three days of Resource 3-5 March so look out for us there.  A webinar will be held on 9 March 2015.

Keep up-to-date on the latest competition news and events and participate in networking by joining the Collaborations for a Circular Economy community.
