The IDTechex event on emerging technologies took place in Berlin last week (27-28th April).
Encouraged to enter by KTN’s Rachael Rowlands-Jones, Photocentric was delighted to be presented the award for the Best Development in 3D Printing for its use of LCD screens and resins that cure in the visible light spectrum.
Photocentric was formed in 2002 to develop and manufacture a patented new of making flexographic printing plates by packaging the photosensitive resin into sachets, called image pac. They use a novel way of creating the 3D object using daylight from LCD screens.
