The EU Funded BIOOX project intends to develop the tools for implementation of biooxidation to synthesize and oxidize alcohols.
This month (September 2016), BIOOX will enter its final year. BIOOX has already delivered valuable science offering new insights into the enzymes and processes which will be required to develop new industrial bio-oxidation reactions.
The project newsletter has been issued for September and gives an overview on the progress of the project, published papers, interesting related events and recent funding news.
If you are interested in, or working in biotechnology or agriculture, then visit the BIOOX website for more information, and read the 3rd edition of the BIOOX Newsletter which is available now.
