Once you have completed your SPARK project there are a couple of reporting requirements before the project can be closed and the grant paid.
1. Research Report
The research partner should prepare a project report for the SME partner detailing the work that has been done and the results achieved. A copy of this report, signed by the SME partner, should be sent to the Biosciences Community of KTN. [We do not provide a template for this report.]
2. Completion Form
The SME partner should complete the "SPARK Award Project Completion Form". The form comprises some tick box questions and the publishable summary (250 words maximum) for use by KTN.
That's it! Once you have sent in these reports, the only thing left to do is for the research partner to invoice us for the costs incurred (up to £5k + any applicable VAT).
