Save the date: Horizon 2020 funding briefing for resource efficient bio-based value chains, 13 October, Manchester

Feeding a changing world – Horizon 2020 funding for resource efficient bio-based value chains - farm to fork, non-food crops, BioBased products and waste treatment


This Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) and Innovate UK hosted briefing day will focus on the next round of EU Horizon 2020 projects which will be due for submission in early 2016.

Participants will have the opportunity to hear from a EU Horizon 2020 representative, meet other potential applicants, learn about the review process etc. KTN and Innovate UK staff will be available to help answer any questions and provide introductions to potential collaborative partners.

This event forms part of a series of events officially launching Horizon2020 Societal Challenges 2 (Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy) and 5 (Climate action, environment, resource efficiency and raw materials) in the UK.  To find out about other events in the series, visit the official launch webpage
