BIOOX Newsletter - The latest news on the biological oxidation of alcohols

The BIOOX project is an ambitious scientific programme, funded by the EU, which aims to transform industrial processes by developing bio-oxidations which deliver cost-effective, safer, and more environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional chemical processes.

KTN is a partner for this project and we thought you may be interested in some of the underpinning science and related initiatives surrounding the project which is now well on course to deliver the innovations promised during the planning stages.

The September edition of the BIOOX Newsletter features articles on:

  • Enzyme Discovery & Production Technology
  • Report from BIOTRANS 2015 Conference
  • Bio-Prodict - a bioinformatics service
  • The Impact of Linker Length on P450 Fusion Constructs
  • Nagoya Protocol: An opportunity?
  • Combining Oxidases in Cascade Synthesis
  • The Robox Project
  • Consortium Q&A
