Another usual use of seaweed

Mike Lean, of Glasgow University, and businessman Donnie Maclean have team up to produce a nutritional balance pizza. In order to reduce the salt contain they have included seaweed in the pizza. Salt substitues containing seaweed are all ready available and several firms also sell seaweed as a form of flavouring for salads and soups.
